As VP of Engineering at Tillo, Michael is responsible for the integrity, performance, and security of its systems. He works with a high-performing team of engineers across multiple disciplines to develop award-winning products.

He is a firm believer in leading by example, sharing knowledge and giving ownership. As well as delivering in-house training for team members, he empowers and encourages members of the engineering team to take more responsibility.
