Martina Ercoli, originally from Italy, has made London her chosen home and excels as a talent strategist. Her academic grounding in Philosophy and Applied Neuroscience provides a fresh lens to Talent Acquisition, adeptly merging insights from the human brain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the core principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

She commenced her professional journey in Rome’s dynamic startup environment and progressed to collaborate with prominent European organizations. Her contributions span across a spectrum, from nurturing startups to partnering with industry titans like Amazon Web Services and META. Throughout her endeavors in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Tech, and Tech Sales domains, she has consistently championed neurodiversity and the empowerment of women.
