Marius is the founder of Simucall and brings over 30 years of expertise in recruitment, L&D and strategic level business consultancy.  As Managing Director of an HR consultancy, he spearheaded transformative projects for many global organisations across multiple sectors, from financial services, such as prominent banks, to non-profits and public sector.  He has a proven record in optimising internal recruitment and maximising employee retention and engagement.
