“My journey at Mars started 7 years ago at Royal Canin’s international HQ in the south of France as Global Internal Comms Officer. As part of my development at Mars, I had the unique opportunity to spend a year in Australia, as Corporate Comms Manager. 🇦🇺 5 Royal Canin years made of passion, fun, challenges and multiple opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally.

After 18 months, managing Employer Reputation across France & Belgium, I’m now Global Employer Reputation Manager, leading the creation, management, execution & stakeholder influence of Global Employer Reputation programs, including the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and creative digital recruitment campaigns positioning Mars as one of the most attractive employers in the world!”
