Her expertise in Agile HR transformation, leadership development, organisational change and project management coupled with her passion and interest in the application of new and emergent learning technologies and approaches ensures Marian provides leading edge strategic advisory to support organisations in enabling the people side of change.

Marian is a certified Agile HR practitioner & scrum master, a qualified NLP practitioner and an experienced Personal & Executive Coach. She is certified in a range of psychometric & behavioural assessment tools including MBTI, SDI and Voiceprint and is energised when working with leaders, teams & individuals to support them in growing and developing to become more effective in achieving their goals.
