Currently heading up the people function for a scaling global CleanTech, First Hydrogen. Luisa has a wealth of experience across HR roles and has worked for a number of well-known businesses from INEOS and Tesla Motors. During her time at Tesla she led all European HR efforts during rapid expansion to new markets and overseen business growth from 90-5,000+ employees.
