Lucy is responsible for all of Vodafone UK hiring; leading an in-house team of 45.

After working for Vodafone for 10 years, Lucy understands what is needed to recruit leading talent across the business. She is currently Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition at Vodafone and is defining the strategy to deliver against key priorities and leading a function to deliver over 2,500 hires.
