Louise has experience in both corporate and hospitality sectors, starting out her career in operations on board cruise ships. Having been in the recruitment industry for 25 years, she has worked with various businesses and recruitment projects both in the UK and Globally, including her own consultancy, specialising in hospitality and retail.

Louise’s expertise spans across several areas including tech development, employer branding, candidate attraction, exec hiring, psychometric profiling and implementation of direct sourcing models. Currently, she leads the recruitment team at Punch Pubs, overseeing their 1,300 pubs estate encompassing leased & tenancies and management partnerships across the UK.
