Strong, demonstrable track record of establishing, improving, and implementing effective transformation and organisational performance and delivery processes.

During my career I have set up a number of Portfolio Offices and PMOs from scratch and enjoy the challenge that this brings. I have also played a big part of trying to get Portfolio Offices and PMOs to work collaboratively and share best practice to find a common way of working which drives efficiency from the heart.

I am always building an internal & external network of likeminded individuals who want to make fundamental difference and disrupt the status quo.
