Lauren is a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment specialist who, across the last decade, has hired for global organisations within Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences and Education. Within this time, she has witnessed the significant pressures that have been placed upon Talent and HR teams; pressures that – in her own words – AssessFirst’s behavioural science and AI solutions help her to overcome in her daily work.

Bolstered with her first class BSc in Psychology, Lauren combines her academic foundation with field knowledge of Recruitment and HR to support the international arm of AssessFirst.
