Justyna Zgódka has been working for Yusen Logistics UK since 2019 most recently as the Workforce Resourcing and Supply Manager and during this time she has built the recruitment function and has developed a new solution to the temporary workforce.  Justyna has over 12 years of recruitment experience and has also worked as a part of a global Centre of Expertise Talent Acquisition team, delivering global recruitment and employer branding at Alstom (formerly Bombardier Transportation).

Justyna has a keen interest in employer branding, market research and recruitment innovation, including utilisation of AI in recruitment.
