Jess is a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Mediabrands UK. She is driven by her commitment and passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and with a background in design Jess also shows an interest in Employer Branding, bringing a creative flair to everything she does. Currently supporting the recruitment of 4 business units she also leads the DE&I Talent project workstream and leads a pillar within the Neurodiversity and Disability ERG at Mediabrands UK. Her mission is to ensure the Media Agency space is inclusive and accessible for everyone.
