Bio

Jennifer is Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Westminster City Council as D & I Strategic lead delivering D & I programmes and the D & I strategy and action plan.

She has over 20 years’ experience working within public sector housing and supporting voluntary and community organisations. She was recognised for developing a D & I toolkit for supported accommodation. Passionate about diversity was a regular speaker on topics including diversity workforce representation, unconscious bias and inclusion by design.

Jennifer is a Trustee on the YMCA and Vice Chair School Governor supporting and driving diversity, equity & inclusion. She is a mentor providing informal support to many individuals which has included being part of a Police mentoring scheme.

She is a mother to 2 children and spends her time fulfilling both her passions of family and working to support and make a real difference in our communities.
