I am an ambitious and determined talent acquisition professional with strong experience in direct candidate sourcing and attraction and the management of recruitment teams. I am hugely passionate about direct resourcing and talent attraction.

After gaining experience working for specialist recruitment consultancies I progressed into internal recruitment. After establishing and developing the In-House Resourcing team at Dennis Publishing I moved to Starcom within the Publicis group to manage the UK recruitment team before progressing internally to lead the UK talent acquisition team across Publicis Media in the UK.

Currently now leading recruitment for OMD EMEA (part of Omnicom Group) based in Kings Cross, Central London.
