With 20+ years working in Talent, Jamie has a wealth of experience.

In the last 9 years whilst working for Meta, Jamie has worked as the Head of EMEA Recruitment, responsible for recruitment strategy, team leadership and executive hiring. In his current role, Director for EMEA Recruiting Programs and Operations, he is responsible for creating scaled programs for hyper growth companies to deliver recruitment across Engineering, Tech, Commercial and Business functions. He is also delivering Diversity and Inclusion and referral programs, and focused on employment branding, internal recruiting, and Recruiter learning and development.
