Responsible for leading all Talent & Resourcing across the group, ensuring professional end to end resourcing strategy and service across all areas of the business, delivering quality hires in the most efficient way and with the best candidate experience.

Takes a proactive and consultative approach, to deliver innovative, high-quality resourcing advice and solutions for the business ensuring we find, excite, select, recruit and onboard the best talent. Embedding a business partner model to help support the delivery of key transformation projects, whilst owning and developing Citation’s talent agenda to ensure we have a talent pipeline that is fit for the future.

Experienced in working with Senior Leadership to develop a comprehensive organisational development plan and associated individual learning and action plans for both high potential employees and industry leading development schemes, ensuring the development of the next generation of leaders and Citation future talent.
