Jack is a Disability Advocate, Paralympian, Mentor, and Speaker committed to promoting inclusion and breaking down barriers for people with disabilities. With experience in recruitment and supporting disabled youth, Jack has a proven track record of keeping personal and professional growth. He also speaks publicly to inspire positive change. Jack has worked with Birmingham2022 and Eurovision2023 to prioritize inclusion and accessibility in the workforce hiring process and is a Board Trustee at the Birmingham Disability Resource Centre. As a panellist at this year’s D&I conference, Jack will share his personal experiences and insights on diversity and inclusion and what steps to create a belonging culture.
