I’m a talent acquisition professional with a passion for people and technology. I get a kick out of building/leading teams and growing cutting edge, forward thinking, businesses, typically in the tech space.

I spent the first 10 or so years of my recruitment career within the agency world before moving inhouse. Over the past decade I’ve built and honed my skills within global businesses such as SAS & Dyson as well as smaller startup/scale-up environments including AI chip firm Graphcore. For the past 18 months I’ve been leading TA for the BBC across its Technology, Product & Corporate functions.
