Gemma is the Global Director of Talent for Cintra: The Multi-Cloud Database Architects, responsible for delivering all things talent across the company.

Prior to Cintra, Gemma spent 10 years at Micro Focus, joining as their first ever recruiter. She also worked for companies including Red Hat and Autodesk, after starting her career in Agency Recruitment 21 years ago.
