Gaby is an Early Careers Engagement Lead who is passionate about building impactful candidate experiences for Gen Z talent.

Based in Amsterdam, she joined Booking.com in 2022 to launch a new Early Careers function. Gaby currently oversees campus recruitment events and engagement for internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes across the UK and the Netherlands.
