9+ years of experience in sales and operations management. Emma currently oversees the operations of contractor deployments in EMEA at Bain & Company. She works with Bain Partners across 25 EMEA offices to co-create talent solutions that leverage a more flexible workforce. In the last year, the RTN team has undergone an op model transformation to move away from an MSP model and co-design a new risk management framework, future-proof operating processes enabled by tech and enhance customer experience to facilitate and promote the use of contractors at Bain.
