My empathy and passion for upholding tradition, diaspora culture, legacy and heritage, combines with 8 years’ experience delivering agile, people-first HR solutions, most-recently in the Fintech/AI/Tech sector.

With an educational background in humanities and law, and an early career in the military and not-for-profit sector, I have developed diverse skills of application and knowledge which have ignited a passion for logical and intuitive analysis. With a keen interest in emerging trends, I enjoy helping organisations stay ahead of the curve in matters of engagement, retention and performance.
