Dereck Maruma is a One young world ambassador, D&I consultant and youth mentor. Recognised for his work, particularly within black communities, Dereck brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in connecting and communicating with black Gen Z and other marginalised communities. He leads the TapIn accounts team which seeks to support some of the most forward-thinking employers in the U.K. to attract, engage and retain diverse talent. Dereck serves as an advisory board member to Social mobility charities and Black engagement foundations.
