A recruitment/HR professional with 10 years + of experience recruiting professionals across various disciplines, levels and locations.

Currently working as Head of Talent Acquisition for Dyson, David works alongside global operational leads and is responsible for driving multiple projects to enable Dyson to increase its engineering function. Through creative and proactive sourcing, David has diversified the approach to increase inclusivity and audience reach alongside optimising the recruitment strategy and managing talent campaigns.
