I am a skilled Technology Recruiment Manager, Senior Recruitment Partner and Team leader with a proven track record of delivery of IT, Telecoms and Engineering resource into SME and FTSE100 organisations. Analytical, organised and highly self-motivated to exceed personal goals and business targets. An in-depth understanding of the Recruitment Lifecycle; from basic to complex decision making ensuring successful management of client and candidate expectations. From successfully recruiting throughout the recession, I have gained a high level of resilience, the ability to think outside the box and be different.
