My name is Dan Flanagan and I have been working in Recruitment for over 17 years.  I have specialised in primarily In House Recruitment in the Hospitality Sector in the South West region with a stint at Loungers PLC and am currently heading up the Recruitment function for The Liberation Group & Butcombe.

I truly love Recruitment and I still get a huge buzz when I get someone a new job – it never gets old!
