Bio

Cordelia Osewa-Ediae is a strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant with 15+ years’ experience of leading culture change and talent development initiatives.

At BT Group, Cordelia was pivotal to creating the first set of comprehensive DEI goals and targets, leading the first group wide psychologically safe reciprocal reverse mentoring programme, and spearheading its first ethnicity pay gap reports

Previous roles include developing bespoke leadership programmes for the National Grid; and providing consulting services to organisations including the NSPCC, Tesco and Ministry of Justice. As a Clore Social Fellow, she acted as an adviser to the London Metropolitan Police’s ‘Police Now’ programme and the University of Greenwich’s ‘Brighter Futures’ social mobility initiative. As Operations Director at a youth charity, she led youth employability programmes involving London universities and 50+ employers.

A trained Coach, and RSA Fellow, Cordelia is also a Trustee of a multi academy school Trust Board. Her awards include the 2023 Baton Awards ‘Thought Leader of the Year’  award, and the 2024 BT Group ‘Race Equity’ award. She was also selected as a UN Women UK delegate to the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68), and recognised as a “Community Champion” by the Commonwealth Business Women Africa (CBW-Africa) in 2024.
