Bio

Claire currently leads employer brand and attraction for Sainsbury’s, one of the biggest retailers in the UK. In addition, she has co-founded The EB Space, a global community for employer branders.  When Claire isn’t doing employer brand work, she can be found doodling somewhere, as she has a side hustle as an artist. 2023 is her first time as a judge for IHR, and she can’t wait to get started!
