Starting his career in early years recruitment, his favourite type of hiring, he got an intense understanding of how to design, build, implement, and effectively manage large scale campaigns. He swiftly moved into more headhunting type roles, being an adept sourcer, and then into a Resourcing Business Partner position within the first 5 years of his career.

Since then, he has been responsible for European Corporate Function recruitment for a fortune 500 business, designed and implemented a brand new Resourcing Function structure, been responsible for over 50% of Talent Acquisition activity at one of the largest UK telecom businesses, and designed and implemented the first retail recruitment process for Crown Paints.

Combining professional and personal life, Chris has helped drive wellbeing initiatives at every business he has worked for. He has used his volunteer role as a Group Facilitator for UK mental health charity, Andys Man Club, as a grounding foundation for promoting mental wellbeing.

He is passionate about creating safe work environments, where people can turn up, be themselves, and create strong, robust, Talent Acquisition processes.
