With over 13 years of expertise in diverse People & Talent roles across various sectors, my focus has mainly been on enhancing recruitment teams, employer brand, and recruitment strategies, fostering the development of high-performing talent teams. Currently spearheading NashSquared’s latest service line, Spinks on Site, I manage the end-to-end process—creating strategy for transformational change for high growth businesses, people and communication strategies, and L&D initiatives for my own team.

I have been fortunate enough to share my recruitment knowledge by being a contributing write to several publications and a speaker at some of the biggest TA and Tech events in the UK. I have led award winning recruitment teams and projects and certified in change management, project management and employer branding.
