Caroline Raines is Director of Corporate Affairs at Compare the Market, part of the BGL Group. She has been with the organisation for nine years leading internal and external communications, initially across BGL Group. As well as communications, her current remit encompasses public affairs, CSR, D&I and employer brand. Caroline previously held senior communications leadership roles in a range of public and private sector organisations.

She also sits on MyBnk’s Financial Freedom Committee and is a CIPD and CIPR member.
