Caroline specialises in helping organisations large and small to think and act innovatively. An inspirational entrepreneur, her favourite topics include innovation, technology, culture and the future of work.

After studying engineering, Caroline founded her first businesses aged 21, straight after graduating from Oxford University. She built them into Freshminds, a successful recruiting business; and Decidedly, an innovation consultancy which helped develop ideas for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Telefonica and Nationwide before being sold. Both businesses won multiple industry awards for Best Agency and were 3-times listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

Caroline served as one of the Prime Minister’s Business Ambassadors for 8 years from her appointment in 2011, representing the UK in markets including India, Brunei, Singapore, France and Jordan and in 2016, Caroline was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours List for services to business and charity.
