Bio

After a 20-year career in HR, which included taking on a senior leadership role, at the end of 2020, Anwen knew it was time for a change. This meant setting up her own business whilst she and her husband did 11 months living out of a suitcase while they visited some new parts of the world. She used that time to focus on her priorities and goals for her business Purple Sky Consulting, and now focuses her time developing and coaching Leaders as they take on new roles.
