“Hej, my name is Anouk and I am a half-German / half-Dutch Talent Acquisition professional working in Tech. I am currently working at Celonis, a Munich and New York-based hypergrowth tech company that focuses on Process Intelligence. I was employee 226 and was part of scaling the TA Org from 5 to 120 and the company from 220 to 3000. I am leading the Talent Marketing team and am part of the TA Leadership Team.

I bring experience in the field of recruitment: International Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Strategy, HR Tools, Global Recruitment Process, Hiring Manager and Recruiter Enablement, Referral Programm, Learning & Development, Budget and Forecasting, Governance & Guidelines, Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, Team Management, DEI, Culture, People Strategy and Leadership.

I am very passionate about female leadership, new businesses and start-ups, personal growth, advisory, HR tech, and social impact projects. I am also working as a Head of Sponsorship at St. Martins School in Nairobi, Kenya.
