Anna Jones, alongside co-founder Tamsyn Brewster, founded RefuAid following a trip to Lesvos, Greece in 2015. RefuAid offers a three-pronged approach to forced migration, focusing on access to education & employment, language development and access to finance. In autumn 2017 RefuAid launched the first interest-free loan product for refugees in the United Kingdom, and have now lent over £1.8million, retaining a 98.4% repayment rate. RefuAid have supported hundreds of refugees in the UK back into employment commensurate with their skills and experience.
