Amy recently joined TMP as a Strategist and brings with her 5 years employer brand experience from various in-house roles for global tech, b2b and b2c companies, including Camelot (The National Lottery) and Bumble. Her background prior to this was in employee engagement, employee advocacy, marketing and communications. Amy has sat on the judging panel for the Employer Brand Management Awards several times and has had exposure to a variety of award-winning employer brand projects and campaigns from a range of industries.
