Adam is a commercial creative that has built successful businesses across several sectors, including recruitment, Luxury Concierge & Travel and Fashion. He sees things differently and is driven by innovation. He created Seesy with the belief that the hiring process is not fit for purpose in today’s world. He wanted to bring the human back into hiring and counterintuitively focus first on candidates, giving them an immersive visceral insight to the company, the culture, it’s people and the working environment. He also set out to build technology that reduces bias in a very unique way.
