A natural relationship builder, Jess has built a successful career in HR Tech. She is an advocate for gender equality in the workplace and helps organise Athena Hack, Europe’s largest tech hackathon for women & non-binaries. Having joined ShowCode as their first sales hire, Jess enables recruitment teams to develop their employer brand within the coding community so they can attract the tech talent they need. When not in the HR Tech and coding worlds, she will most likely be found talking about her Greek rescue (and ShowCode mascot!), Sully!
