Shockingly, only 1 in 3 people felt their most recent recruitment experience was a positive one. 14% actually said it was ‘terrible’. And if you’re hoping word of mouth will help your recruitment woes, the research also revealed that a whopping 83% of employees wouldn’t recommend their current employer to a friend.
