The company now has more than 250 employees across 21 countries, and supports clients across a hugely diverse range of industries from scale-ups to Fortune 500 firms.
In addition to winning a number of in-sector awards for excellence in Talent Acquisition capability, Katrina and Kevin were recently shortlisted as finalists for this year’s Great British Entrepreneur Awards in the Scale-Up category (outcome to be announced Oct 2022).
In 2021 CEO and Co-Founder, Katrina, was crowned Scotland and Northern Ireland’s start-up entrepreneur of the year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, with the judges commenting that she “has enabled fast growth in a short period of time, with a good entrepreneurial story behind her.”
