The data is normalized, deduplicated, and scaled to provide representative global coverage, with models covering salary, seniority, diversity, taxonomy, prestige, flight risk, and hiring forecasts.

Revelio Labs serves a wide range of customers, including investors, consultants, HR organizations, academic researchers, staffing firms, and government agencies.

Most datasets are updated monthly and delivered on the 15th of each month, representing the previous month's workforce counts, inflows, outflows, and salaries. Certain datasets, such as job postings and sentiment, are available with daily updates.
