At In-house Recruitment LIVE! 2017, David Yates, resourcing manager at global accounting firm Grant Thornton, shared how his company is using blogs, forums and networking events, to put applicants in touch with employees to speak about life at the firm. Peer-to-peer coaching, collaboration and transparency can greatly impact applicants’ expectations of the company, as well as prepare them better for the job ahead, he says.
