Well it seems like Christmas was an age ago and we’ve all stopped saying ‘happy new year’ which means it’s time to look forward to the year ahead in the In-house Recruitment Network.

Firstly, we’ve made a few changes to help you better understand what the network is all about and how you can benefit. We’ve changed our name for starters as having the word ‘online’ wasn’t particularly accurate seeing as we do regularly meet in person at our events, and of course at the In-house Recruitment Awards.

And whilst our Linkedin group continues to grow at a phenomenal pace, much of the conversation will continue here at the In-house Recruitment HQ.

For the remainder of January we will continue to increase our member benefits (even though the network is FREE to join), which currently includes discounted conference tickets, FREE breakfast events, high value content including surveys, interviews and much more.

Looking into February we embark of a very specific breakfast event for Cyber Security Recruiters. Yes it’s niche however don’t we just need these guys with all this hacking malarkey going on?

Moving into March we couldn’t be more excited about our upcoming in-house conference ‘The Conversation’ which, in an industry first, is the only event to boast every single speaker coming from an award-winning In-house Recruitment team namely; Boots, EDF, Dixons Carphone, Capco, RWE npower the Insurance octopus and WilsonHCG. The topics covered include; Candidate Experience, Innovation, Onboarding, Social Media, Graduate Recruitment, Recruitment Management and much more.  Every topic will be followed by round-table discussions and you’ll receive whitepapers, HD videos and much more. Get your tickets quick though!

We’ll leave it there for now and update you with all the latest news soon enough. Remember to follow us on twitter to hear it all first though.

Until then, here’s to a fruitful 2015!
