If we’ve ever described any of our previous breakfasts as the busiest one we’ve ever had, then we have to take that back. ‘The Hunt for Tech Talent’ was a breakfast meeting we hosted in conjunction with our partners at Dice (formerly the IT Job Board) and was by far the most popular breakfast meeting we’ve ever witnessed during the In-house Recruitment Network breakfast series.
50 of us gathered together for a morning devoted to IT/Tech talent where we heard from two specialist guest speakers discussing all things related to Tech recruitment. During the course of the morning, we uncovered challenges, solutions and best practice as we took part in intimate round table discussions and munched on our Lengo chocolate bars!
Special Guest speaker: Tush Wijeratne, Lead Talent Partner : Technology & Ecommerce for River Island
Tush is an innovative hands-on senior Talent Acquisition Manager with 12+ years experience in strategic leadership positions and a consistent history of optimizing talent acquisition processes and operational processes. Tush kicked off the morning’s presentations with a talk on the recruitment process at River Island, highlighting in detail the lengths that he and his team go to to find top tech talent in an incredibly competitive industry.
