‘The Art of Delivering A First Class Online Candidate Experience’, was the penultimate In-house Recruitment Network breakfast of 2015, and what a fantastic event we had! 

This breakfast event brought together just over 30 in-house recruitment professionals, all of whom were eager to learn more about delivering a first class candidate experience. It was also an opportunity to discuss the challenges and successes with like-minded peers, and it gave everyone the chance throw around new ideas for solutions. We heard from two specialist guest speakers, who helped in unraveling what a first class candidate experience is and what you can implement to boost yours.

Adam TemplemanOur special guest speaker, Adam Templeman, Group Head of Resourcing at RWE npower, got everyone chatting instantly with his presentation on the challenges he faced whilst setting up RWE npower’s in-house recruitment team. Adam has extensive experience across volume recruitment, advertising, ATS selection, on-line attraction methods and talent management, making his presentation extremely valuable to our audience!
