‘Perfecting Your Senior Hires Delivery and Strategy’ was an intimate speaker and round-table networking breakfast event for 30 management-level in-house recruitment professionals, all responsible or in need of an education surrounding their senior hiring strategy. There’s no questioning that senior hires require a more sensitive and thorough process so it’s unsurprising that the event was bursting at the seams.
Throughout the course of the morning we heard from two specialist guest speakers who shared their insights to help our in-house recruiters perfect they senior hiring strategy.
Special Guest speaker: Gail Sampson, Talent Manager, McLaren Automotive Ltd
Gail is a talent development & resourcing manager with a broad range of experience in both delivery and strategy. The majority of Gail’s career has been focused on management to board level recruitment on a permanent basis, but she has also successfully managed volume recruitment campaigns, contracting and temporary assignments at all levels. Gail has over 15 years experience of recruitment and over 8 years of management experience honed in agency, freelance and in house environments.

Special Guest speaker: Geraldine Cole, Director, HorrexCole
We also had the pleasure of hearing from executive search expert Geraldine Cole, Director at HorrexCole. Geraldine has worked in recruitment her entire career where she’s managed teams and entire recruitment businesses in equal measure. It’s all of this experience which has helped create and shape HorrexCole, to make it the unmitigated success it has become today. HorrexCole was launched by Geraldine Cole and Michelle Peagam to provide a novel approach to executive search & senior appointments.
