Tony De Graaf is the Hiring Success Director for EMEA at SmartRecruiters, where he is responsible for thought leadership and talent transformation consulting across the region, helping companies to achieve Hiring Success while building purpose driven organizations built around people and purpose. Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, Tony worked as a talent acquisition practitioner and TA Leader at organizations such as McGregor, Gaastra and Wehcamp.
