Teresa has worked at SWIFT for the past three years joining as the Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition. Teresa recently took on the role of Talent and Diversity, to include responsibility for learning, diversity and the SWIFT agile academy. Previously Teresa worked across Fintech, Not for Profit and Financial Services sectors in a broad range of generalist HR, change and leadership positions.
