I’m constantly looking at the experience of products, services and well, experiences. They’re all around us. Yet so many are created by default. Missed opportunities to turn mundane processes into elevated experiences, so powerful they reach inside of people and make a connection.

Since discovering design thinking. I’ve made it my mission to bring this mindset into the workplace. To help organisations move away from a resource focused, purely process and target orientated. To human-centred and elevating the employee experience by design, rather than by default. Resulting in a win-win. Great for people and even better for business.
