Senior Manager, with over 20 years of experience across public services and the public sector in Scotland. I have experience in a wide variety of areas including strategic planning and business improvement, programme management, strategic and operational workforce planning, developing and implementing corporate change and improvement, customer focus and transitioning services from traditional delivery models to online methods, and the development of early careers activity.

Currently the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning for ScotRail, working to deliver a long term workforce plan across all grades, the associated resourcing and recruitment activity, and an ambitious approach to early careers and workforce development.
